Charity yoga class in affiliation with Yoga Stops Traffick

Taking 1 hour out of your day to look after your physical & mental wellbeing, moving, breathing & stretching mindfully. You will leave the class feeling lighter & calmer. 

The class is in association with Yoga Stops Traffick. Yoga Stops Traffick is a one-day global yoga event created to raise awareness of and funds for the anti-trafficking organisation Odanadi Seva Trust, a pioneering anti-trafficking organisation based in Mysore, South India. Odanadi works for the rescue, rehabilitation and reintegration of trafficked women and children. For the past 25 years Odanadi has been committed to providing a safe haven for survivors of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, slavery and domestic abuse.

The class is donation based, we ask for a minimum donation of £5, but pls give what you can.
